Located in Wilder, KY, Andrews Laser Works manufactures metal brackets primarily for the aerospace industry. Utilizing laser cutting, machining, forming, stamping, welding, & assembly processes; the company transforms sheet metal into complex, tight-tolerance brackets for aircraft engines. Job Description

Level One forming operators work under direct supervision to interpret work instructions and routers as well as gather related work documents, and clock in and out of jobs.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Basic equipment setup

Upload programs from a database

Locate and load tooling

Basic parts layouts to mylar or print

Basic press operations of 1-3 beds with reference tolerances

Required Skills:

Basic print reading

Basic shop math

Required Experience:

0-1 year of experience

Level of Education:

GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
