Foreman In Training

Location: Spearfish, SD

Pay: $50k+ annually

Full-Time / Year Round

What You'll Do:

Train with intent on becoming next foreman

Work on a 3 man crew

Load materials, tools, and equipment for each job

Travel to the customer's home to install steel rods/anchor plates/braces, push piers, drain tile, sump pumps, and more.

Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times

Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods

Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company

What We Need From You:

Construction Experience Required, Leadership experience is a plus!

MUST HAVE a valid driver's license and a safe driving record

Ability to travel M-F, some overnight

Unrestricted lifting ability

Strong communication skills

Regular and punctual attendance

Ability to work overtime if needed
