Any retired electricians out there?

Any retired electricians out there? (NW Bend) compensation: To be determined I have a small remodel which includes adding a few outlets to a bonus room, changing it to an ADU. There is power already there, but we want to have a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven in the kitchenette. I have the plans done, but would like some help (advice) with the wiring.
