Our client is a Highly Reputable mechanical contractor, specializing in the construction of mid to large sized construction projects. We are seeking to assist them in the hiring of a Mechanical Estimator responsible HVAC construction projects. Position is full time/permanent

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:

• 5-25+ years experience as a Mechanical Estimator for a Mechanical Contractor.
• Someone who can work on a diversity of projects-schools, municipal, hotels, hospitals, etc.
• Experience with duct and piping.
• Must be well received with equipment and fixture vendors, and material suppliers
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Must by proficient with all HVAC & piping systems and material types
• Good leader, able to work well with Project Engineers and Superintendents
• Able to get crews to effectively meet deadlines
• Estimating and bidding experience
