- Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of construction contracts, including change orders and claims, ensuring alignment with internal policies and legal standards.
- Participate in sourcing activities for contractors and suppliers.
- Identify and implement improvements in contract cycle times, documentation standards, and escalation protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, legal, and suppliers to ensure contract compliance and timely resolution of issues. Support onboarding and training of new project managers.
- Lead resolution of contract-related escalations, including scope clarifications, pricing disputes, and performance issues. Ensure timely communication and documentation of outcomes.
- Maintain accurate contract logs, enforce documentation standards, and support audit readiness through consistent recordkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of construction contract frameworks, such as Master Construction Contracts and Statements of Work.
- Expertise in RFP development, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiations.
- Familiarity with datacenter construction environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience preferred
- Experience with SAP Ariba, construction contracts, and data center construction.
- Strategic mindset, sense of urgency, ability to lead conversations and take initiative.
- Driven, strategic, and able to lead projects.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $77.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
