**About Us:**
Were a growing company that *specializes* in decks and patio covers thats our bread and butter. Occasionally, well take on a fence or the rare garage/pole barn build, but 90% of our work is all about outdoor living spaces. Most of our projects feature composite decking like **Trex** and **Timbertech**, paired with clean, professional framing and handrail installs.

**Who Were Looking For:**
We're looking for someone with real-world experience in the decking industry. You should know how to:

* Frame a deck from the ground up
* Cut and install stairs
* Install composite and wood decking
* Install wood, metal, or composite handrails

**Youll fit right in if you:**

* Have an eye for detail and quality
* Own your own hand tools and basic power tools (like a drill/impact set)
* Show up on time and ready to work
* Have a good attitude and communicate well
* Respect your coworkers, homeowners, and the jobsite
* Can clean up after yourself and organize the trailer properly
* Enjoy building beautiful things and making homeowners smile

What we do isnt rocket science its actually pretty fun. But if you tend to drag your feet or dont care about quality, this probably isnt the crew for you. We take pride in our work, enjoy what we do, and have a great time doing it.
