We're a Brooklyn-based design-build team transforming historic NYC townhouses into modern, sustainable homes. Our work is grounded in high-performance renovation and Passive House principles, with a focus on energy efficiency and long-term resilience.
As a junior architect, you'll gain hands-on experience across all phases of design and constructionlearning sustainable strategies, building codes, and real-world architecture. If you're passionate about historic homes, sustainable design, and collaborative, technically ambitious work, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Scope and Key Responsibilities
Full-time, entry-level professional performing basic architectural assignments, typically part of a team
Undertake a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for residential projects in NYC
Prepare drawings from Schematic Design through Construction Administration
Create presentation drawings, 3D models, and visualizations
Conduct research on materials and product specifications
Support Project Managers and Architects with project coordination and administration
Prepare and modify architectural and construction documents
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following minimum criteria:
One to two years of professional experience, preferably in residential projects, in United States.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Working knowledge of the full design process including but not limited to Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Administration, Procurement, etc.
Proficiency in Adobe CS (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Rhino, Revit, Enscape and V-ray.
Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel
Strong conceptual, design, and presentation skills
Organizational and effective written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic team member with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Resides in the New York City area and is available to work immediately
Job Type: This is a Full-time, on-site opportunity in Brooklyn, NY.

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annual salary, dependent upon individual's skill level and experience.
