Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be punctual, and take pride in their work. This role requires hands-on experience in carpentry with a focus on high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities:

Perform general carpentry tasks, including framing, installing trim, molding, and other finish carpentry work
Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client needs
Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials
Repair and install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, and windows
Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to high-quality standards

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in carpentry or finish carpentry
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable transportation
Punctual and committed to meeting deadlines
Willingness to learn and take direction
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others

Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience.
