Job Details: I need help repairing an apartment front door. Specifically, the side piece of wood (door jamb area) where the strike plate and deadbolt plate are mounted needs to be replaced. Scope of Work: Remove the old piece of wood (door jamb area). Measure, cut, and install a new piece of wood. Paint the new piece as needed. Cut precise holes for the lock and deadbolt bolts. Install the strike plate. Cut and install exterior trim around the new wood. Paint the trim and finish the area neatly. Clean up after yourself Individual Carpenter / Handyman only, no contractor, no resellers, Materials provided: I will supply all wood, trim, screws, nails, and strike plates.
