Senior Municipal Engineer (MYS)

Location: Jersey City, NJ (onsite 5 days)

Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000 base

Travel: Up to 20%

We are seeking a Senior Municipal Engineer to lead the design, planning, and execution of infrastructure projects for municipal clients across the tri-state area. This position involves managing multidisciplinary engineering projects including roadway reconstruction, stormwater and utility design, site development, and permitting. The engineer will serve as a client-facing project manager, overseeing budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables while guiding junior staff and coordinating with local agencies.

The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of civil engineering experience, PE license (or in progress), and a proven track record managing municipal projects from concept to construction. Strong communication, proposal writing, and client development skills are essential.
