Position: Project Manager (Flooring/Construction)

Day to day:

• Scheduling installs and service work specific locations nationwide
• Coordinating directly with store managers/vendor personnel to ensure access and timing alignment for projects
• Managing tasks through an internal ticket service channels to track requests and issues
• Updating project timelines, documentation, and service logs
• Serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, client contacts and field personnel

Must haves:

• Strong project coordination/management experience
• Microsoft Excel and general office/admin skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong initiative to resolve issues at hand
