Seeking General Construction Foreman and a Skilled Mason

Were a fast-growing residential construction and masonry team looking to bring on two key players:

1. A hands-on, take-charge Foreman to help manage high-end home builds and renovations.

2. A skilled, detail-driven Mason to help create stunning patios, walls, hardscapes, and foundations. (can work as sub-contractor)

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN (Full-Time)

You are:
-A leader with strong communication and jobsite management skills
-Comfortable running crews, managing timelines, and coordinating trades
-Experienced in framing, carpentry, and full-scope residential projects
-Able to read and interpret plans, manage subs, and ensure quality control

What you'll be doing:
-Running day-to-day operations on new builds, large additions, and remodels
-Working closely with the project manager to keep jobs on schedule
-Delegating tasks to laborers and carpenters
-Solving problems proactively and keeping clients happy

Must have:
-Drivers license and reliable transportation
-Minimum 5 years in residential construction
-Ability to work full-time in lower Fairfield County

SKILLED MASON (project-based)

You are:
-Experienced in stone, block, brick, and concrete work
-Focused on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
-Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take direction
-Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

What you'll be doing:
-Building patios, retaining walls, walkways, facades, fire pits, full foundations, etc.
-Working with natural and veneer stone, pavers, and concrete finishes
-Collaborating with a small team on residential projects
-Keeping jobsites clean, efficient, and professional

Must have:
-Reliable transportation
-At least 3+ years of masonry experience
-A good attitude and strong work ethic
-Can operate as sub-contractor if you already have your own LLC
