Location: Statesboro, GA
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (6 AM 2:30 PM, 7 AM 3:30 PM, or 8 AM 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday)
Weekend Work: Possible
Forklift Experience: Required

Position Summary:
Responsible for the efficient planning and logistics of materials to support production. Requires flexibility in shift and work area assignments, adherence to plant policies, and contributions to 5S initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving: Unload/load trucks, verify and store materials, manage space and equipment for trash removal.
  
• Shipping: Prepare and load shipments, manage inventory for repacking, optimize space.
  
• Production Floor/Repacking: Supply production lines, repack and organize materials, manage repack area efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
  
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
  
• Strong communication and team skills.
  
• Positive attitude and dedication.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Temperature variations; noise levels present.
  
• Protective gear required (steel-toed shoes, glasses, gloves).
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand 8-12 hours, and perform physical tasks.

Additional Information:

• Overtime may be necessary.
