Rock Creek Country Club is seeking a part-time handyman to help around its facilities for tasks that include, but are not limited to: Painting, drywall repair, hang items on the wall, change light bulbs tile/floor repair (minor), simple plumbing repair, building furniture, repairing broken items, cleaning gutters, power washing, etc. The Club has vendors for bigger plumbing, carpentry and electrical work.
We may need 20 hours a month, but we might need more at some times of the year if we have bigger projects this person would like to assist with, and those will be planned out. Work can happen at almost any time of day, depending on the area.
Experience:
The right candidate must have several years of experience and good attention to detail. They have the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with a variety of solutions. Theyre polite, friendly, and professional, and they can stay focused on a task for several hours at a time. They can also get along well with many different types of people, as they will be working with the department managers.
