Overhead Crane/Forklift Operator & Paint/Assembly Utility

We are seeking reliable and hands-on General Laborers to support a range of physical tasks including loading/unloading truck materials, unpacking industrial dies, light construction, painting, and facility organization. This is a 7-week temporary assignment with a strong emphasis on forklift operation, overhead crane operations and manual labor, and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Material Handling & Logistics:**

+ Load and unload dies into trucks using cranes and forklifts

+ Unpack dies arriving during Week 28 (July 6August 22)

+ Remove wood and vacuum protection from dies

+ Safely dispose of unpacked materials (wood and other waste)

**Machine Protection & Facility Work:**

+ Install paint protection on milling machines

+ Drill and adjust safety protection on machinery

+ Perform light handwork for machine prep

**Painting Tasks:**

+ Paint 40 shelves in blue

+ Paint layout lines and designated areas (Area 1 & Area 2)

+ Paint ladders on milling machines, welding areas, and light tunnels

+ Support additional painting needs as assigned

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Valid forklift certification or proven experience operating forklifts

+ Ability to lift and move heavy materials

+ Comfortable working in an industrial/labor-intensive environment

+ Capable of using hand tools (drills, paint equipment, etc.)

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols

+ Must pass a company-required medical check prior to starting

**Preferred Skills:**

+ Experience using overhead cranes

+ Previous experience in painting or industrial facility maintenance

Mechanically inclined or hands-on background in manufacturing settings

**Pay Details:** $16.75 per hour
