Fabricator | 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team as a Fabricator specializing in stainless steel welding and machining. This role involves working independently to fabricate parts, build conveyors, and troubleshoot mechanical systems. **Responsibilities**
+ Perform Mig/Tig welding on stainless steel to fabricate necessary parts.
+ Utilize machining equipment, including mills and lathes, to complete projects.
+ Conduct mechanical assembly and fabrication by reading blueprints.
+ Use hand and power tools daily for various tasks.
+ Work independently to troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs.
+ Build and assemble conveyors.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical maintenance skills, including gears, bearings, conveyors, motors, and sensors.
+ Knowledge of basic electrical systems such as PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, control and instrumentation systems.
+ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
+ Proficiency in welding techniques with stainless steel using Mig and Tig.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 4+ years of relevant welding and fabrication experience.
+ Experience with CNC and manual machining.
