**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role with a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. This role requires proficiency in using precision tools and instruments, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and physical stamina are essential. The candidate must be comfortable working in various environments, including heights and confined spaces. This position also requires the ability to pass a pre-employment screening, including a drug screen, and the ability to travel. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.

**Responsibilities**

+ Weld, fabricate, and repair grain bins and grain elevators at various job sites.

+ Utilize welding and fabrication skills to build platforms and handrails.

+ Work with drive chains, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and other parts of machinery.

+ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

+ Comply with safety protocols and regulations.

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects.

**Work Environment**

Candidates will meet at the central shop every morning and travel to job sites, with paid drive time to and from the shop. The role involves working in extreme heat conditions and requires welding, fabricating, and repairing tasks. The work environment includes handling heavy machinery, and adherence to safety standards is crucial.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
