Civil Engineer - Water/Wastewater

We are seeking motivated Water Resources Engineers with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our growing team. This position offers exciting opportunities for individuals who are passionate about water resources and interested in working on a variety of projects including stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and stream restoration in multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities :- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for the design and assessment of storm drains, stormwater management (SWM) facilities, and erosion and sediment control (ESC) measures.
- Design and analyze bridge/culvert hydraulics , bridge scour , and participate in stream restoration projects.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with MS4 permit requirements and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate on securing SWM and ESC permit approvals at both the state and county levels.
- Prepare and review project plans using MicroStation , AutoCAD , and associated design software such as Bentleys InRoads or OpenRoads (experience with these programs is a plus).
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in water resources engineering .
- Strong understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic principles , including stormwater management and erosion control .
- Knowledge of MicroStation , AutoCAD , and design programs like InRoads or OpenRoads (preferred but not required).
- Experience with securing SWM and ESC permit approvals is a plus.
