Project Foreman

Spherion Staffing is looking for a Project Foreman in the Fargo or Detroit Lakes area. The Foreman plays a critical leadership role on the jobsite, overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards for quality and safety, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who exemplifies professionalism, communicates effectively, and fosters a team-oriented environment.

Pay $50/hour

Responsibilities:
Leadership
-Lead by example in attendance, conduct, appearance, vocabulary, intensity, and communication
-Train and mentor co-workers
-Enforce company policies consistently
-Promote and model company culture and values
-Foster a positive and professional team environment

Project Oversight:
-Study project plans and details daily to fully understand scope of work
-Set and track daily and weekly production goals
-Maintain consistent communication with the Project Manager on progress and expectations
-Coordinate material deliveries and verify accuracy and proper staging
-Ensure quality control on all work performed
-Make timely field decisions and escalate issues when necessary
-Accurately document change orders, production notes, and project details as required

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry is required
-Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience and managing a team is required

-Punctuality and attention to detail
-Analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be willing to travel
