- This position requires understanding deployment manuals and automation solutions in a fast-paced DevOps environment, quickly tailoring solutions to identify, reproduce, and resolve lab/field defects. The architect will lead teams and projects, sharing expertise in complex environments.
- Experience with WLAN protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be)
- Expertise in security protocols (WPA2, WPA3, 802.1X)
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi extenders, mesh, and steering protocols (802.11k, 802.11v, 802.11r)
- Strong collaboration with Product and Development teams to define technical requirements
- Ability to characterize Wi-Fi behavior in new products and resolve engineering challenges
- Communication with tool development teams to optimize automation for new test features
- Review and validate design specifications, emphasizing product architecture, testability, and verification
- Assist in developing Quality Assurance strategies and methodologies for product testing
- Familiarity with advanced Wi-Fi test automation frameworks and industry standards (IEEE, WFA, WBA, IETF)
- Proactively identify and resolve product defects, driving issues to resolution
