Site Manager / Facilities Coordinator
Location: Onsite Burlington, MA
Pay: $27$30/hour | ~$60K base equivalent
Schedule: 32 hours/week (MonFri or 4-day option) | 7:30 AM start preferred
We are actively recruiting for a Site Manager / Facilities Coordinator to support our clients' Burlington, MA office, a 52,000 sq. ft. space housing 200 employees, including the CEO. This role is the face of the office and the backbone of daily operations. It combines traditional facilities oversight with front-of-house presence, admin coordination, and event support.
Top Priorities:
Greet guests and manage reception; ensure a professional, polished front-office presence
Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, supplies, and general office needs
Issue and track building badges; conduct site walk-throughs for cleanliness, supplies, and safety
Partner with property management and maintenance for timely resolution of issues
Support internal events (planning, setup, vendor coordination)
Assist HR with onboarding logistics and welcoming new hires
Liaise with vendors and schedule service appointments as needed
Maintain strong communication with offsite leadership and peer Office Managers in other markets
What You Bring:
Prior office management, facilities coordination, or admin experience in a professional setting
Strong soft skills: approachable, polished, resourceful, and solution-oriented
Detail-focused multitasker with good judgment and a calm, professional demeanor
High sense of urgency and ability to adapt to shifting needs
Familiarity with MS Office; comfort managing vendors, events, and supplies
Ability to lift ~20 lbs. occasionally (packages, paper, etc.)
Schedule & Details:
Onsite only (no hybrid)
32 hours/week: 5 days (MF) or 4-day option (off Fridays)
7:30 AM preferred start time
Business casual dress this is the first impression role when clients and employees walk in
