Stone Fabricators/Tradesmen

We are a Santa Fe-based company seeking both entry-level and experienced stone fabricators for high-end kitchen and bathroom countertops, custom sinks, and shower walls. This is a full-time career opportunity for motivated individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship.

What Were Looking For:
We're expanding our team with reliable, hard-working individuals who are detail-oriented and quality-driven. Previous experience in countertop fabrication is preferred, but were willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Strong work ethic and consistent attendance

Ability to lift 150+ lbs (tools and equipment provided)

Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Positive, team-focused attitude

Positions Available:

Lead Installer

Assistant Installer

Duties Include:

Installation of stone countertops and surfaces

On-site problem-solving and adjustments

Hand fabrication: polishing, cutting, edge repair, and top polishing

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $17.00/hr (entry level; DOE for experienced fabricators)

40 hours/week, MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts
