Experienced Construction Estimator/Supervisor

A busy construction company specializing in new home builds and remodels, is seeking an experienced on-site Estimator/Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all phases of construction and responsible for the day-to-day on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors and company labor, ensuring adherence to work schedules, and reading blueprints. You will also work with architects when necessary and enforce all job safety regulations.

We are looking for a focused problem-solver who resides in Santa Fe or within 60 miles of Santa Fe. Excellent customer communication and relationship skills are essential. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and at least five years of experience as a construction supervisor/estimator.
