Job Summary This role is responsible for developing, integrating, and executing innovative pharmacy product solutions within HCSCs business architecture. This role leads proofs of concept, pilots, and market deployments while collaborating with Pharmacy Strategy & Delivery, Sales, PBM partners, and other key stakeholders to define and implement product strategies. It ensures seamless cross-functional alignment by refining business requirements, assessing current-state processes, and defining future-state solutions. The consultant facilitates discussions through cross-functional meetings and engages with impacted stakeholders to align business and operational needs. They oversee the creation of visuals to illustrate process transformations and ensure solutions fit within existing workflows.

Additionally, the role supports business case development by providing insights, data analysis, and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making. It ensures pharmacy products are competitive, clinically sound, and financially sustainable while considering variations across markets, networks, and funding types and leads process improvements and innovation efforts to enhance methodologies and streamline go-to-market strategies. This position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive collaboration for effective pharmacy product development. Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree and 4 years experience in business analysis, product delivery, product operations, managing health/pharmacy projects or relevant pharmacy/health care industry experience OR Masters Degree and 2 years of relevant pharmacy/healthcare experience (ex. BA, Product) OR 8 years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, product operations, managing health/pharmacy projects or relevant pharmacy/health care industry experience.
  • Ability to interact with and influence staff/management across multiple departments and levels.
  • Ability to lead and mentor other staff, as appropriate.
  • General business analysis and financial analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, marketplace and competition.
  • Analytic and information synthesis skills.
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Presentation and group facilitation experience.
  • Initiative and persistence, with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy Business experience.
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst (BA); development, validation, documentation for process or system design and changes.
  • Experience with Requirements Tracking tools (ex. JIRA).
  • Experience in developing and presenting to internal clients.
  • Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
  • Previous responsibility of the administration of a product or product line, including development of products from inception to launch, and product introduction and monitoring for success or need for reengineering.

Flexible work arrangement with 3 days per week in the office.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range $82,700.00 - $149,300.00
