General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team as a General Production Worker in a 24-hour printing and converting facility located in Guilford, CT. We are seeking dedicated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality production and continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate machinery and assist in machine operation.
+ Load machines and set programs to run.
+ Perform in-process quality checks through visual inspection.
+ Unload machines and ensure proper documentation is completed.
+ Complete production and quality reports.
**Essential Skills**
+ Computer literacy.
+ Good mechanical skills.
+ Ability to follow written work instructions.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with paper handling equipment and/or printing experience is a plus.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Manufacturing experience.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
