ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager in our growing Seattle office, you'll take ownership of a wide variety of building projectsranging from data center, commercial, and industrial through to healthcare and multi-family.
You will:
- Deliver exceptional client service
- Develop and grow new and existing client relationships in Seattle, PNW, and West Coast Markets.
- Collaborate with other leaders to develop an action a growth plan for Structural Engineering practice in Seattle and greater PNW
- Lead, develop, recruit, and mentor junior and mid-level staff.
- Act as Structural EoR, Structural Discipline Lead, or Project Manager on projects
- Lead structural design and analysis for new and existing buildings, including rehab, repairs, and site structures
- Collaborate with owners, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions
- Manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Stay ahead of industry trends, codes, and standardsand integrate them into every design
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including preparing project reports and presentations
- Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in Washington with ability to get licensure in California and Oregon preferred.
- Bachelors or Masters (preferred) in Civil / Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Proficiency in industry standard structural analysis and documentation tools (CSi Suite, REVIT, Rhino, Bluebeam, etc)
- Strong command of building codes, structural systems, and engineering best practices
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented, creative problem solver, and client-focused mindset
- Experience in Performance Based Design or Computational Design is a bonus.
Salary Detail:
- $150k-$220k
- Eligible for Performance Based Bonus Compensation
