Responsibilities:- Welcome and engage customers in-store, over the phone, and on-site.
- Understand their needs and recommend stylish, functional flooring solutions.
- Provide clear project estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate installations and ensure top-notch follow-through.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in home design, retail sales, or construction.
- Eagerness to learn-no flooring experience required! We'll train you.
- Comfort with basic math (like measuring rooms) and using digital tools.
- A self-starter who's organized, adaptable, and ready to grow.
