What You'll Do

• Generate your own leads and build a robust pipeline through networking, door-to-door outreach, and community engagement

• Guide homeowners through the roofing and siding sales process-from inspection to close-with professionalism and clarity

• Assist clients in navigating insurance claims when necessary

• Conduct roof inspections and assess previously installed solar systems

• Educate clients on solar options and advocate for new solar installations as part of the roofing process

• Provide accurate, detailed estimates using industry tools

• Represent Golden Group's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff (you sell-we manage the project!)

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience (roofing, solar, home improvement, or high-ticket services strongly preferred)

• A motivated self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven, competitive environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with the insurance restoration process is a plus

• Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and close deals

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance team

Compensation & Perks

• Uncapped commission structure (top reps earn $100K+)

• Average annual earnings range: $70,000-$175,000+

• Eligible for sign-on incentives based on experience

• Full-time W-2 employment
