Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing food processing equipment in a state-of-the-art facility. You will work on various equipment including blades, conveyers, belts, motors, bagging machines, CryoVac machines, robotics, boilers, chillers, and compressors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair food processing equipment to ensure efficient operation.
+ Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
+ Handle repairs and replacements of mechanical components such as blades, conveyers, belts, and motors.
+ Work with electrical components including 480v systems.
+ Maintain and repair hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience with industrial or food manufacturing maintenance.
+ 3+ years of experience in 480v troubleshooting and repair.
+ Experience with at least three types of equipment such as conveyers, motors, belts, blades, boilers, chillers, compressors, and bagging machines.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment**
The facility operates on a 3rd shift schedule from 10:45 PM to 7 AM, six days a week with overtime opportunities. Training will occur on 1st shift for about a month before transitioning to 3rd shift. The environment is maintained at a comfortable 55 degrees. Dress code includes closed-toe shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. All necessary PPE and uniforms are provided, and jewelry, fake nails, and fake eyelashes are prohibited.
