A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at N3522 Cottage Ave, Neopit WI at

1pm, Monday July 21,2025

The deadline to submit proposals as established by the clock on the President's office is:

1 pm CST on Thursday, July 31, 2025

Any proposals received after this deadline will be rejected and will not be opened or considered for

award. Proposals or any portion thereof, sent via facsimile, email or electronic media will be

rejected. All proposals submitted shall become property of the College of Menominee Nation upon

submission and shall be made a permanent part of the College's records.

Major Items of Work:

The project consists of the general contractor providing design build services of MEP systems and

the administration of construction services of an approximate 3,500 square foot remodel in the

existing Outreach Center located on N3522 Cottage Ave, Neopit. The general contractor shall be

responsible to build the complete project spaces on the architectural concept drawings. The

successful general contractor will be responsible for breaking the project cost, schedule, and work

effort by phases. As shown on the concept drawings.
