We require all handyman to dress appropriately be drug-free and always be communicative with the project manager.. Tools needed.. Tree pruning hooks and ladder , a power drill and screws, and your hands.. ( also a mud knife for small drywall repair ) I have a basic punch list of about 15 line items.. should take about 2 hours to finish. Materials will be on site: 1. Half sheet of Drywall 2. Joint compound 3. Joint tape 4. 2 tub resurfacing spray cans 5. 2 floor heaters ( they need to be secured to baseboard or floor 6. Mortar filler If any extra materials are needed, I can purchase while you're there working and have them delivered while you're there.
