Order Picker Needed $20/hr! Job Description We are seeking skilled order selectors to join our dynamic warehouse team. You will play a crucial role in our operations by wearing a headset to receive orders and using a walkie rider to deliver finished pallets to the bay areas for shipping. You will also be responsible for maintaining product numbers and picking a specific number of cases per day. Comfort with lifting 25-50 lbs is essential. Responsibilities Utilize a headset to listen to orders while operating a walkie rider. Deliver finished pallets to designated bay areas for shipping. Maintain accurate product numbers and pick a specified amount of cases daily. Work efficiently to meet production goals and ensure timely shipment of products. Essential Skills Experience with RF scanners and order picking. Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations. Forklift operation skills. Inventory management and material handling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a material handler or sit-down forklift operator. Previous experience as an order selector or order picker. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our warehouse offers a partially climate-controlled environment. However, shipping and receiving areas may have open doors. The order pick schedule is Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 10 PM, with potential work until 1-2 AM. The tow motor schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM to 10 PM, with similar late-night work potential. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
