2nd Shift - MIG Welder

Pro Resources has partnered with a local fabricator of I-Beams in Columbia City, and we're looking for multiple MIG Welders! Hours: 2 nd Shift: 3pm 11pm Pay: $ 18- 20/hour DOE
Job Description: The employee will be MIG Welding, and Shield Flux Core Welding I-beams to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will be great with math and measuring, and have prior MIG Welding experience.

Essential Functions
- Must be willing to work outside in the elements
- Utilize crane to load and unload I-Beams
- Work as part of the team
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Follow all safety rules
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Qualifications
- Ability to understand and comply with quality & safety standards
- Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform simple math
