Construction Project Manager/ Estimator

Overview:
A growing general contractor based in Nashville is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential and light commercial projects. This is an ideal role for someone who can manage multiple hatshandling bids, timelines, subcontractors, and client communication. Youll be the go-to for job costing, scheduling, and field coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit project estimates, proposals, and change orders

Lead construction projects from pre-construction through close-out

Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials

Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations

Build client relationships and act as the point of contact on jobs

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction PM or estimating experience

Proficiency in construction software (Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Sage, etc.)

Ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs

Strong communication and leadership skills
