Were a small, fast-growing HVAC company WORKING ON 3 LARGE APARTMENT BUILDINGS NOW! Looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC technician to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the owner and GROW INTO A LEADERSHIP ROLE AS SECOND IN COMMAND.

What Were Looking For:
HVAC experience required (residential/light commercial)
Experience in:
HVAC System Installation
Mini-splits, central air systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, etc.
Refrigerant line sets, electrical wiring, thermostats
Diagnostics & Repair
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
Diagnosing refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, airflow problems
Routine Maintenance
Cleanings, filter changes, refrigerant checks, capacitor testing
Preventive maintenance for residential/light commercial systems
Ductwork & Ventilation
Installing/repairing flexible or rigid ductwork
Exhaust systems (bath, dryer, kitchen

Valid drivers license
Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Willingness to grow with the company
