Location: Nashville, TN Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility

A respected, design-forward architecture and planning firm in downtown Nashville is seeking a Project Architect to lead the full lifecycle of civic, commercial, and institutional projects. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing meaningful public and private spaces to life—while enjoying real ownership, mentorship opportunities, and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead projects from concept through construction administration

• Guide design development and ensure technical excellence in documentation

• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Oversee schedules, budgets, and project milestones

• Mentor junior staff and support a high-performing, collaborative culture

• Stay current on building codes, ADA, and sustainability standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Professional degree in Architecture

• 6–10 years of experience in commercial, institutional, or civic design

• Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and documentation best practices

• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple project phases

• Architectural Licensure (or active pursuit) required

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and design-sensitive approach
