Carpenter Laborer**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team with positions available in various areas including framing, floor department, cabinet shop, drywall, and final finishing. Enjoy a flexible work schedule with typical first shift hours from Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3 pm, with the possibility to leave early once daily goals are met. Occasionally, shifts may extend up to 10+ hours, but this is rare. Candidates must be adaptable to varying end times.
**Responsibilities**
+ Framing: Cut materials to length and use air nail guns to assemble walls. Utilize jigs to ensure walls are squared efficiently and attach drywall to studded walls using nail guns.
+ Floor Department: Frame floors using joists, nail sub-floors in place, and insulate flooring.
+ Drywall: Work in a production environment, cutting drywall to fit around fixtures, measuring accurately, screwing drywall to wall panels, and finishing with tape and paste.
+ Cabinet Shop: Assemble and install kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cut and install countertops, trim cabinetry, and complete installation.
+ Final Finishing: Complete units by hanging blinds or drapes, installing appliances, cleaning carpets, and wiping down surfaces.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous construction experience, whether personal or formal education such as vo-tech.
+ Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
+ Experience with hand tools.
