Our client, a respected and growing manufacturer of precision-engineered components for the aerospace and defense industries, is looking for dedicated individuals to join their 1st Shift team in Madison you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and are looking for a place to grow, this could be the opportunity for You'll Be Doing:

As a General Laborer, you'll play a key role in processing customer parts for sealing through a carefully designed production line. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Unloading raw or machined parts and placing them into baskets using proper lifting techniques or teamwork

Sending prepared parts through the production line for porosity sealing

Unloading parts after processing and performing final testing or inspections

Repacking completed parts into containers, ensuring each is protected for shipping

Applying stamps or quality control labels and using basic hand tools as needed

Shrink wrapping pallets and operating hand pallet jacks

Reporting damaged, dirty, or contaminated parts to Quality or Team Leads

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Comfortable with basic computer use
