Job Title: Project Engineer (Manufacturing experience needed)
Job Description
The Project Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the design and setup of equipment used in manufacturing processes. This includes preparing reports for capital projects and managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring successful project execution through effective process control and data tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Select appropriate equipment for manufacturing processes.
- Create reports and forecasts for capital projects.
- Oversee projects to ensure they meet design, safety, budget, and schedule goals.
- Develop and manage plans and protocols for validating equipment and processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Ensure validation activities align with project timelines.
- Write SOPs, maintenance schedules, and calibration programs.
- Evaluate changes to equipment or facilities and determine if revalidation is needed.
- Ensure maintenance and operator training is in place.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to plan and execute projects.
- Support documentation for equipment changes and help create safety and regulatory materials.
- Follow company values and safety standards.
- Collaborate with others to meet project goals.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
