What Youll Do:
Contact new leads via inbound inquiries, networking, and follow-ups
Present tailored solutions for residential and commercial construction projects
Understand and explain construction budgets, scopes of work, and timelines
Build trust-based relationships with contractors and clients
Maintain detailed CRM records for pipeline management
Collaborate with internal teams to close deals and transition accounts smoothly
Must-Haves:
Construction industry experience REQUIRED
Knowledge of construction budgeting REQUIRED
Strong sales background (inside sales, direct sales, or construction sales)
Skilled communicator who can simplify complex topics
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM tools and remote collaboration
Compensation & Perks:
Commission-Only Role
Annual Earning Potential: $205,602 $230,962
Full-Time | Remote Work
