Position Summary

Residential Installer

to join our team! This position is responsible for the professional installation of residential windows, doors, and related glass products. Youll work directly with homeowners, builders, and fellow team members to ensure high-quality results and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Install residential windows, entry doors, patio doors, storm doors, and related glass products

- Measure openings and confirm materials are properly sized and prepared

- Safely remove old windows or doors as needed

- Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and finishing work

- Maintain clean and organized work sites

- Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner

- Work collaboratively with other installers, warehouse, and sales team members

- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of residential installation experience preferred (we're willing to train the right person!)

- Basic carpentry or construction knowledge

- Familiarity with tools and materials used in window/door installation

- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow installation instructions

- Comfortable using ladders and working outdoors in varying weather

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record

- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
