We are looking foraSenior Project Manager to drive and deliver senior executive-level communications, internal programs, employee engagement, and special projects, and to function as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.

Project Manager (Remote - PST Preferred)

In This Role:

You will lead and coordinate cross-functional operational and technical initiatives for a global social impact organization. This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise and technical comprehension-particularly around cloud platforms, system integrations, and enterprise collaboration tools. You will work across engineering, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure alignment, drive execution, and deliver measurable outcomes. Your ability to interpret technical documentation, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain clear communication will be essential for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across engineering, marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and progress trackers.
  • Drive requirement gathering sessions and coordinate validation of technical solutions.
  • Lead weekly stakeholder meetings and ensure timely follow-ups and accountability.
  • Interpret API documentation to understand system integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Track change requests and development tasks via tools like Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.
  • Support and manage cloud tenant and subscription lifecycles (e.g., setup, transition, retirement).
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications for product retirement workflows and system updates.
  • Contribute to localization efforts and documentation of technical processes.
  • Deliver weekly status reports outlining priorities, milestones, and risks/blockers.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in project or program management roles with technical components.
  • Proven ability to understand system integrations and read technical documentation (APIs, platform guides).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud tenant and subscription management concepts (Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar).
  • Proficient in enterprise productivity tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training.
  • Prior experience in social impact or philanthropic technology initiatives.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms or managing enterprise SaaS implementations.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and localization project planning.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,000 - $115,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
