THE WORK:

  • You'll provide recommendations during planning and design phases of projects regarding constructability, phasing, logistics and operations interface to minimize costs and service disruptions.
  • You'll assist with development of front-end contractor documents as required.
  • You'll support risk identification and mitigation.
  • You'll support the establishment of CM Standards in areas such as safety, scheduling, contract change management, and quality plans.
  • You'll assist in CM procurement activities, including scope development, evaluation criteria, and developing levels of effort estimates.
  • You'll prepare rough order of magnitude costs for construction and construction change items.
  • You'll assist in the oversight of CM contracts for capital projects.
  • You'll assist in coordinating construction activities among transit operations, infrastructure, and contractors.
  • You'll assist in quality assurance for construction phase processes and deliverables.
  • You'll attend Construction Project Progress Meetings and topic specific project related meetings to facilitate schedule and issue resolution, and emphasize quality and consistency throughout the program.
  • You'll assist with management of the Adjacent Construction program.
  • You'll lead and/or assist in the development of Program Enhancements to improve overall quality, efficiency and consistency in areas such as Change Management, construction project activity look-aheads, improving ROW flagging support, bidding improvements, CM and Construction Contract procurements, specification updates and other areas as requested.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$110,000 - $190,000 a year

Qualification

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management and/or Construction Management experience

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience with transit projects
  • Engineering or Architecture degree
