Job Description

  • Knowledge in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or building point software packages.
  • Advanced level software knowledge in Autodesk packages (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 etc.) and other platforms.
  • Knowledge in Autodesk Recap, Leica Register 360, and/or Leica Cyclone software packages.
  • Proficient with allocating and scheduling job duties to others.
  • Able to read and understand construction documents, shop drawings and plans.
  • Support/Perform sUAS and 360 Photo capture and post processing activities.
  • Assist with reality capture services utilizing terrestrial laser scanning and sUAS/photogrammetry tools to capture, process, and document existing and as-built conditions of interior and exterior spaces.
  • Able to coordinate between different subcontractors.
  • 3D scanning hardware and software knowledge with implementation experience in construction industry.
  • Support project team and VDC engineers on the utilization and analysis of reality capture deliverables (points cloud, meshes,360 photos, etc..).
  • Facilitate coordination among subcontractors to ensure seamless task execution and adherence to project timelines
  • Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors to foster collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Basic Job Requirements

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience.
  • Experience as Construction Surveyor, ability to understand construction plans and maps, ability and knowledge of survey computations and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

  • Mega Project experience
  • Brownfield / Greenfield experience

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
