What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance
• Collaborate with operations team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used in industrial maintenance
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and in outdoor conditions

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
