What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with operations team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in industrial maintenance
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and in outdoor conditions
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
