Fabricator - Structural Steel Welding Somerset, WI | Contract-to-Hire | Day Shift Join a team that builds the backbone of Americaliterally. As a Fabricator, you'll play a key role in welding and assembling large-scale structural steel components used in major projects across the country. What You'll Do: PerformFlux-core and MIG weldingon structural steel, including rails and stairs. Weld plates to beams and columns with precision and strength. Read and interpretblueprints and weld symbolsto ensure accuracy. Use tape measures and fabrication tools to meet exact specifications. What You Bring: At least 1 year of experience in MIG and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) or equivalent training. Strong blueprint reading skills and familiarity with weld symbols. Confidence using a tape measure and working with structural steel. Experience in alarge-scale fabrication environmentis a plus.
