Solar Laborer Job Description This position involves the maintenance of hydraulic riveting tools and diesel pumps used in the installation of solar tracking systems. The role requires a mechanically inclined individual with a proactive attitude and the ability to follow directions precisely. Responsibilities Maintain and repair hydraulic riveting tools and diesel pumps. Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment. Utilize hand and power tools effectively. Ensure tools are in optimal working condition for the installation process. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to perform preventive maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanically inclined. "Can do" attitude. Ability to follow directions. Dependable with reliable transportation. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. Valid driver's license. Completion of a 7-year background check. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work directly on-site out of a mobile shop equipped with necessary tools and equipment. Led by a lead mechanic, the role requires adherence to a dress code of jeans, tee shirt, steel toe boots, and PPE including hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, and reflective vest. The position involves working on a solar farm Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, with some weekend work required as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of White Hall, Arkansas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
