Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and mechanically inclined HVAC Apprentice to support our installation and service teams. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a long-term career in the trades, eager to learn from experienced technicians, and ready to grow within a high-performance team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems
Safely operate tools and equipment under the supervision of lead technicians
Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
Participate in on-the-job training and company-provided development programs
Deliver high-quality workmanship while upholding Chapman Bros. and Apex standards
Maintain a customer-first mindset at all times
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
What You Bring:
Mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn the HVAC trade
Ability to follow directions, work on a team, and take initiative
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED required
HVAC trade school enrollment or completion preferred
