Apprentice Electrician**

**Job Description**

Join our team as an Apprentice Electrician on a large industrial project where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in accordance with NEC guidelines. This role requires working with minimal supervision while providing guidance to others, bending, and installing conduit, and utilizing standard electrical testing equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems following NEC guidelines.

+ Work with minimal supervision and provide guidance in bending and installing conduit.

+ Utilize standard electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues.

+ Collaborate with and assist other trades departments as needed.

+ Communicate project status through phone and email.

+ Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts confidently.

+ Apply knowledge of policies and procedures within the Electrical Division and company.

+ Manage projects from start to finish.

+ Learn and work alongside journeyman and master plumbers.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with electrical systems, conduit construction, and wiring.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Proficiency in conduit bending, pulling wire, and running conduit.

+ Knowledge of electrical wiring and cable management.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Apprentice electrician certification.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Hemlock, Michigan.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
