Superintendent

We are in search of an experienced Superintendent to join a dynamic team of a well respected construction company. We are in search of candidates that have 3+ years of commercial construction field experience. Candidates must have experience using construction software (Procore), proven leadership skills in managing and directing on-site teams to successful project completion. OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

responsibilities:

• Enforce safety standards, inspect site conditions, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain cleanliness and site protection.
  
  
• Review plans and schedules, manage two-week look-ahead updates, and facilitate weekly progress meetings.
  
  
• Inspect work for compliance with design documents, specifications, and safety protocols.
  
  
• Log daily activities, track RFIs and submittals, maintain As-Built records, and manage punch lists.
  
  
• Supervise and mentor on-site teams while fostering professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
